• You will discuss and challenge business stakeholders regularly internal as well as international partners and external experts in the financial sector.
  

• You will be responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of innovative cryptocurrency platforms. This entails the opportunity to guide solutions from a rough idea to validated code.

• You will be responsible for the technical analysis and architectural choices for critical projects.

• You will translate business requirements into technological choices: How do they fit in the existing infrastructure and which features/components are needed to work?

• You will steer your team to the successful delivery of allocated projects, while also supporting them in development challenges on a daily basis.

• You lead the maintenance of existing functionalities on our front- and backend applications (written in Flutter and Nest respectivelyJS) while continuously identifying and implementing improvements in performance and security.

• You will act as a team leader for developers, assigning technical tasks, leading standups and technical deep dives. You will also perform code reviews for your team members on a regular basis.

• You will collaborate with testers, customer service and business stakeholders to safeguard fast resolutions to technical challenges (back- and front-end.

• Must be fluent in English
• Having an abstract vision over projects comes naturally for you.
• You do not mind jumping between development, analysis, and meetings. You will be a central piece in the project.
• You are a crypto and blockchain enthusiast or willing to learn in that field.
• You are autonomous, proactive and capable of self-training.
  
• Knowledge of Flutter and NestJS is a plus..
• You have experience architecting both backend and mobile apps
