Job Description

We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to help lead our efforts in crypto and ecosystem partnerships for NGRAVE. This person will be instrumental in defining how NGRAVE partners with the crypto communities and help expand our role within the ecosystem. The Partnership Manager will take a long view of building out deep relationships while finding new opportunities for NGRAVE to partner (commercial & technical partners). As a key member of the future Partnership team, this person will play a significant role in driving the growth of NGRAVE. 

  • Support to define and drive NGRAVE partnership strategy with crypto project and communities more broadly
  • Operationalize and scale up our asset listing strategy working across legal, product, engineering, and marketing; conduct research, analysis, and diligence on crypto projects and build recommendations based on analysis
  • Build strategic relationships with various protocols and projects to identify potential opportunities across NGRAVE's retail and b2b products
  • Help to identify new products, verticals, or strategic opportunities for NGRAVE and turn ideas into products and services
  • Cultivate and build lasting relationships with developers, entrepreneurs, and leaders in the ecosystem and establish NGRAVE's role as the go-to partner in the ecosystem
  • Drive all aspects of deal cycle from sourcing, diligence, negotiating, closing
  • Work closely with external and internal teams to launch and ensure successful launches

Job requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Very strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, NFT and Metaverse ecosystems
  • 5+ years BD or partnerships experience overall with 1+ years experience in crypto preferred
  • A proven track record of leading and closing impactful partnerships in a product-centric environment with significant internal and external dependencies
  • Experience negotiating commercial deals with organizations of all sizes
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with partners and colleagues from various cultural backgrounds
  • Highly organized, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
