Job Description

NGRAVE, a leading self-custody solution provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our reseller network. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to identify, negotiate, and cultivate partnerships with resellers to amplify the reach of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a measurable impact by developing this channel from the ground up.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping our strategy and processes to establish strong reseller relationships and significantly boost sales volumes in this market.

Responsibilities

You responsibilities are wide and cover the following domains


  • Identify and research potential reseller partners who align with NGRAVE’s brand and market goals.

  • Initiate contact and develop strong relationships with resellers, showcasing NGRAVE’s product value propositions.

  • Negotiate reseller agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with business objectives.

  • Design and implement processes to manage reseller partnerships effectively, including onboarding, training, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide resellers with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Monitor reseller performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for growth.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, reseller strategies, and competitive activities to refine NGRAVE’s approach continuously.


Job requirements

  • Proven experience in reseller management, business development, or sales, preferably within B2C hardware or niche markets.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building and nurturing professional relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to establish scalable processes from scratch.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on follow-through and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with the dynamics of ecommerce and third-party reseller platforms is a plus.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong alignment to NGRAVE’s mission and vision.
