Who do we look for?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic B2B Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic world of crypto and web3.

What’s in it for you?

As a B2B Sales and Customer Success Intern, you will work closely with our sales and customer success team to understand and contribute to the strategies that drive client satisfaction and business growth. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in client interactions, relationship management, and the various aspects of B2B sales.

  • Happy customers. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • B2B Sales. Support the sales team in prospecting and qualifying potential B2B clients.
    • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
    • Connect with exciting projects and people in the web3 community
  • Process Management. Work out and set up tools and processes to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Improve Customer Experience. Contribute to the creation of customer success materials, including guides and tutorials.

What do we expect from you?

  • Preferably enrolled in a relevant Master's Degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong in building and maintaining relationships
  • Interest in crypto, startups, and technology.
  • Ability to learn quickly, be great at problem-solving, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools.
  • Eagerness to contribute ideas and work collaboratively in a team setting.
